PLANTER-Control isobus

Studies show that the double population of plants in parts of the plot such as headers, auctions and terminations, in addition to increasing the significant cost of inputs such as fertilizers, seeds and their treatments, reduces crop yield, from corn up to 50% and soybeans between 20 to 30%.

The ISOBUS PLANTER-Control – control individually row by row, is an electronic system whose function is to avoid overlapping seeds in the planting of the already worked parts of the field. It is installed in the planter and when activated it makes the automatic and individual cutting of each planting row.

In addition to the individual row control, it allows fertilizing in fixed or variable doses (such as switching the fertilizer section in headers, auctions, etc.) automatically and supports the connection of seed monitor sensors.

All this with a single module that can be installed in planters of up to 72 lines and with up to 6 hydraulic motors, being able to control the rate up to 4 different products in the same machine.

The system consists of modules and clutches + software + GPS. In each row of the planter an electric clutch is installed connected to the cutting modules, which in turn are connected to the main module commanded by the high precision GPS from the machine cabin.

PLANTER-Control, a 100% ISOBUS system determined by ISO 11783. It allows communication with several models of original tractor consoles such as John Deere, CASE IH, New Holland, TOPCON x-25 and x-35 PREMIUM and other ISOBUS terminals of the market.
